The INSTITUT FÜR BETRIEBSANALYSE UND KOMMUNIKATIONSFORSCHUNG (GBR) was founded in 1984 as a co-operation between business consultants and information technology engineers, with the goal to work in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) and Office Automation (OA).
Today, IBK Institut is concentrating mainly on GOA related consulting projects, but one other core competence is still a lot in demand - the design and management of European Research Projects, be it in the proposal phase or later in the operational realisation.
